Return Policy

We will normally provide our customers with a written price quotation and a sample of the product if it is a stock item. If the product is custom made, we will produce the product according to the customer's specifications and tolerances. Products that do not match customer specifications, damaged or defective products, and inaccurate orders may be exchanged for a period of 30 days. Customer specified products that are ordered and received in good condition will not be accepted for return. We are not able refund any products due to the cancellation of a project or an order. This also applies to left over or unused materials that are within their original order specifications.
